How I can help
I have experience working with people with a variety of concerns, including: anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, women’s issues, self esteem, chronic health issues or disruptive diagnoses, body concerns and trauma.
I have a special interest in working with people on the cusp of new experiences (such as premarital couples, young adults entering the world, pre- and post-partum mothers, relocation or new jobs) as well as those in caretaking roles or careers.
